These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ji3 platform — including all games, payment services, bonuses, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Ji3 Asia Ltd. ("ji3," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ji3.asia. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the ji3 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ji3 platform.
1.1 Access to and use of ji3's gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement and all documents incorporated by reference, including ji3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
1.2 By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," "I Agree," or by otherwise using any part of the Platform, you expressly accept this Agreement. Your acceptance constitutes an electronic signature with the same legal force as a handwritten signature under applicable Philippine law.
1.3 Ji3 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to ji3's real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. 21+ ONLY
2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by persons physically located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or physical location.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are prohibited from registering or maintaining an account on the Platform: (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) persons who have been self-excluded from ji3 or included in the PAGCOR national self-exclusion registry; (c) employees, contractors, directors, or officers of ji3 or any affiliated entity, and their immediate family members; (d) persons who have been barred from the Platform by ji3 for any reason.
2.4 By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Ji3 is not responsible for losses arising from your provision of inaccurate information.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, ji3 requires identity verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license); (b) a clear selfie photograph; and (c) proof of address not older than three months. Ji3 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Ji3 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify ji3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Ji3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Ji3 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Ji3 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees for which ji3 is not responsible.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, excluding requests flagged for AML review. Ji3 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
4.4 AML Compliance. Ji3 operates a full Anti-Money Laundering compliance program in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended. Transactions that trigger AML review thresholds may be held pending investigation. Ji3 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without notifying the account holder.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. Ji3 may deduct a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 from dormant account balances, subject to applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of dormancy fees.
5.1 Ji3 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published in the promotion details page at the time of the offer.
5.2 Standard Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games contribute 10–20%, and certain game types may be excluded entirely.
5.3 Ji3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus-derived winnings in the event of suspected abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or other conduct inconsistent with normal player activity.
5.4 Players may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings.
6.1 All games available on the ji3 Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by ji3 or any player.
6.2 The applicable rules for each game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game rules displayed in the interface and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to game mechanics; these Terms prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.
6.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects game integrity, ji3 reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period. Ji3 will notify affected players and refund voided bet amounts to their account wallets. Ji3 is not liable for any losses claimed to arise from system malfunctions beyond the amount of the affected bet.
6.4 Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical figures calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns on any individual session or period of play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji3 Platform:
8.1 Ji3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of this Agreement is suspected or confirmed; (b) required by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority; (c) fraudulent activity is detected; (d) the account is the subject of a legal or regulatory investigation; or (e) the player has been found to be ineligible under Section 2.
8.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, ji3 reserves the right to withhold any balance, including deposits, to the extent permitted by PAGCOR regulations and applicable law.
8.3 Players may close their own account at any time by contacting ji3 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, net of any applicable bonus forfeitures, will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline.
9.1 All content on the ji3 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and data — is the proprietary property of Ji3 Asia Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from ji3.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱10,000.
10.2 Ji3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
10.3 Ji3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. Ji3 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime.
11.1 Ji3's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the ji3 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Ji3 processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing regulations. Data subjects have the rights prescribed under the Data Privacy Act, including rights to access, correction, and erasure subject to legal retention obligations.
12.1 Ji3 is committed to responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools available within account settings. These tools are available 24/7 and take effect immediately upon activation.
12.2 Ji3 participates in the PAGCOR national self-exclusion registry. Players who activate self-exclusion through ji3 may be registered on the national registry, which applies across all PAGCOR-licensed operators.
12.3 Self-exclusion periods may not be shortened once activated. Players seeking to reactivate their accounts after a self-exclusion period must undergo a cooling-off review process as required by PAGCOR guidelines.

13.1 In the event of a dispute regarding any bet outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must first contact ji3 customer support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. Ji3 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
13.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through ji3's internal process, you have the right to escalate the dispute to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's formal player complaints process. Ji3 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation and abide by PAGCOR's determination.
13.3 Game outcome disputes must be submitted within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated.
14.1 Ji3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Ji3 will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
14.2 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter, as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act).
15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the process described in Section 13 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
